Hey man, we're still here. Had a few NOFD guys staying in our stations to help with calls. Alot of good guys on that dept. I had some damage to my house, need a new roof & my fence took out my a/c unit. I just got power, cable & internet back at home last night (9/8). How did you guys make out?

Hey :-) Thanks for the add !! Still cleaning up form Gus'aftermath what a mess !! Yuck ! my apt had 6'' of water in it can't complain though others have it worse than my family, at least we have our utilites. Well have to go doing triple duty-dept. , our home cleanup and my son's apt., he lives in the other half of the duplex apt. that I live in . He's away with the Army Nat. Guard on Gus duty down there where you and your people are, so I am cleaning up storm damage for the two apts. what a mess his carpets are a total loss and he lost any and everything that he left on the floor. Well let's hope the Ike isn't as bad and that he goes on a different path Stay safe and try not to work yourself to chronic exhaustion like I have. Love to you all there you are all in my prayers as always ,

Dawn, We just got the electricity back, sorry I was not able to answer sooner, As a dept. we made out fine and so did my property but I'm little concerned about MJ down in the Homa area, I believe they got hit hard....
