Hey Dave,
How are you? Deregulation is another way of saying, "we can purchase our energy (gas and/or electric) from someone other than the provided we have had to use forever". One of my brother firefighters here in NY showed me this opportunity a year ago and I haven't looked back. I'm 47 and don't want to bang nails to put my kids through college. I'm sure you have seen many "UNBELIEVABLE" opportunities come through the firehouse. I have seen my share as well and have never got involved, BUT this one made sense to me.
