CHECK OUT the video of the 8 alarm response in Gloucester 15 DEC, 2007 in my video's.

My crew was operating a hand line in a side parking lot and just get out of the way of a falling chimney. I was kneeling down on the hand line working the nozzle when it came down.

Hey there, quick question for you. I am looking to move back home to New England and am wanting to get into the BFD. Aside from the acrophobia test the CPAT and taking the exam next spring is there anything that you recommend I do? I am just shy of two years of service now and have FF1, FF2, HAZMAT Advanced, and EMT-I as well as a bunch of other certificates. What will that do for me in the application process, what are the main areas that are looked at in an applicant?

Ladder trucks... the only water you'll find on 'em is 5 gallons divided up between two water cans. LOL Our motto is no hose, no water, no bingo, no problems! :-)
