hey i know one thing we need to tackle soon and its wearing gear on scene of calls i have been trying to figure a way to do it without just coming out and yelling but so far its not sinking in to these guys that its just worse for them if something happens because insurance isnt gonna cover someone without the right ppe on. I mean its startin to get in their heads because i hear some small comments like when they see me they say i know i know i dont have all my gear on but thats as far as it gets.

hey fur you didnt miss much at the officer meeting we just went over some minor details on the new truck for dime no big changes i also brought up using other stations first alarm during daylight calls. tom said to get some ideas and we will hammer it out next off. meeting he wants to do depending on the area is what company we will use. Also i want all the lts to get together to iron out the inspections so everything is done the same. and aaron ciuca brought up some combined practices at the industrial park which we are going to start to plan. we need to get together soon lol
