Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:
Grew up next door to an Engineer from the Pasadena FD and spent a lot of time at his station as a kid. Went to college and got a degree in safety & health and started working in that field specializing in emergency preparedness, fire safety and hazmat. One job required me to set-up a medical response team...found out I loved EMS, so went and got my EMT cert. Moved to a town with a VFD and joined. After 11 years in workplace safety and and 4 years as a volunteer, got the chance to combine both with this job, and I'm loving every minute of it.

Looking for this EMS gentleman.docxI am looking for the gentleman in the photo whom I believe lives in the area of Georgia. He has done nothing whatsoever wrong, nor am I chasing him for anything, but someone is operating in the UK on the pretence of being him and attempting to extort money from innocent people and I think he should know all about it. After all, this is not only an indictment on him but also on the trust people have in the EMS services (I refer to the attached photo displaying the EMS badge which has been deliberately used to promote his honesty). I know I would want to know if it was being done to me. So if you recognise him, can you please advise me or ask him to contact me directly at english.anniemoon@yahoo.co.uk or phone on 00 44 1566 770 751. If you or the gentleman in the photo would like to call me, I am happy to call you straight back and I will give him all the details on this matter. Stay Safe Annie

Chris, no I was not in Biloxi for Katrina. I am not a member of OH-5 yet, but a couple of people are trying to convince me to join. SO are a couple from OH-1. Not sure yet which one to go for. I did go to the 2 New Orleans P&G coffee plants a couple of times after Katrina as a firefighter to protect the plant or the "trailer city" they set up for employees and contractors.

I'm no expert, but I don't see how this person could ever function in a high stress job like this. Most adults who have are autistic can only function in low stress jobs, usually part time or volunteers at a low production business. I know it is d...

Just be sure the pads don't touch. Thats why they suggest you place on adult pad on the childs front and one on his/her back. If they short together, they can leave some nasty burns... TCSS, Reg
