Because I care about... No, that's not it. Um, because I want to do good things for... Nope, that's not it either. Because I like to ride fire trucks and show off! Yeah! that's it! It's the "I'm bigger, badder, and better than you, ego stroking adrenaline rush"! Oh, wait, is that camera on? Damn! Um, I'm a firefighter because I like to help those in need. Yeah, um... Turn the camera off now? Honestly, I like to do it because it's something that not everyone can do which makes those of us in the fire service unique. That's why. Things are not the greatest at work....our local had a no confidence vote on the chief last week. It is pretty bad but we are hanging in there. You can check out the news at bentoncourier.com and also arkansasfirenews.com
