I just started collecting fire patches from all over the USA for a retiring firefighter and my academy instructor. I will be collecting over a 3 month period in which i will be constructing a patch board at our station in his honor. He is having some health issues and soon to be in a wheelchair. I wanted to get started kind of early since I have a lot of stations to cover. I wanted to try firefighter nation to reach out to those volunteer departments or firefighters who may be able to help me out. If you could, please help me out. If you cannot, I understand patches are hard to come by. If you cannot send a patch, could you send something of significance from your station or just keep him in your prayers. His name is Kevin.

well its about time! lol! i love ya dad! you have always been an influence on me! you were in the air force & i tried to go but they wanted me give up my daughter to go! sorry but that was something i wasnt willing to do! but now that we are here & able to be firefighters! (you being the best) i feel im only living up to your expectations of me! im trying so hard to follow your footsteps but certain people are makin it hard! i know you know what im talkin about! but with the help of you & my husband i will be as good as you one day! i have always looked up to you & nothing will stop me now! love you daddy!!
