- Im 17, I live in Pa, and have been a firefighter for 4 years and love it. 3 of my cousin's are with 2 of our mutual aid department's 2 with Darlington Twp Fire Department, the one is an Assistant Chief, and other is Captain, as well as my other cousin who is Chief of the Beaver Falls Fire Department, and finaly my dad is Chief of my department so im already being looked at as taking over chief in the years to come.

These entry level positions require no previous experience. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. A GED is acceptable.
