Why I Joined the Fire/EMS:
Since the age of four I wanted to be a firefighter. It all started with a visit to old Co. 2 when I was in Nursery School, then from there it was watching Emergency! on TV. When I got older, I became a volunteer, after that... Everything is history.

About Me:
I started out as a Volunteer Firefighter in Kingston assigned to Rapid Hose Company. I served as Vice President, 3rd, 2nd and 1st Lieutenant. I left the company in 2001 to move to the Town of Colonie. I joined the Verdoy Fire Department where I served as 4th and 3rd Lieutenant. I finally got the job of my dreams in 2008! I was appointed as Probationary Firefighter for the City of Kingston Fire Department. I graduated from Class 2008-1 of the New York State Academy of Fire Science with several certifications. Before I got hired I was a dispatcher for Ulster County 9-1-1 for 12 years.
