FF injured

If you are a member of the secret list. You probably heard. 3 ffs injured in MD. I didn't think much of it. We (FFs) get hurt. My mistake was not following one of my buds after college. He was one of the 3 injured in the collaspe. As of now, 11:21 pm Central, he has been released. The other 2 on his crew are still in ICU/Burn Unit. I've bowed my head and prayer... maybe/hopefully you will as well.

Louisiana FF Death Burial 4-26-08

I attended the funeral for Riley Joesph Terrebone Jr. this weekend. The attendanced was fantastic, attendence, by local, pd, sheriffs office, ems, state pd, and local and some nonlocal fire departments. There is a difference between attending a funeral and helping with setup and organization. FF just don't need to show up to the visitation and funeral, but before to help organize the setup for the prossession, and gravesite attivities. This is when we should come together to help out.

Everyone that goes to school here and is also on Whitehall tells me to try and get on Whitehall but I dont have much interest in it. I've applied to work for Madison County Fire Dept. and then maybe try Waco. I haven't heard anything about Paint Lick, you have any valuable info about it?

Thats cool it much be hard teaching classes like that. I will be down there to see my boyfriend. I might be moving there in like 2-3 yrs. I have been thinking about it. THings are WAY to expencive here and i dont get paid enough to keep up with it all. Jessica
