The top issue facing responders wheter volunteer or professional, is we never know what we're are going to face on a specific run One house could be a basic structure fire while another one could be a meth lab its the same with EMS One person could be just a general illness the next could be attempted suicuide or something along those lines, basiclly altho its over stated we always need to be prepared addepted and overcome
