BLOXOM, Virginia – DelmarvaNow [2] reports that a Virginia firefighter has been killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday morning.
According to a state police spokesperson, one member of the Bloxom Volunteer Fire Company was killed in the crash. Another person riding in the fire engine was injured.
Officials are still investigating the cause of the incident.
