A house full of debris caught fire Saturday morning, making it difficult for firefighters to extinguish the blaze.
San Bernardino City firefighters were called to the 6700 block of N. Osbun Road about 4:40 a.m. regarding the residential fire.
About 20 firefighters responded, but "hoarding condition" made it difficult for them to enter the structure, according to a fire news release.
The resident, who was home at the time, was able to get out through a rear bedroom, officials said. No injuries were reported.
The fire caused about $125,000 in damage, according to the news release.
