The truck was on its side when the extrication was done. This was the end result of playing bumper cars with a tractor trailer.

This vehicle went completely under the semi trailer and exited this side. Driver was DOA with rapid extricatiion to gain acess to two other victims. Front seat passenger had his head wedged between the frame of the trailer and the top of the passenger dooor and spent 3 days in hospital. Rear seat passenger was extricated after the front passenger seat was removed and was released from hospital the next day. The rear seat passenger did see the accident about to happen and layed down in the back seat. We had two sets of tools working on this one, one set tunneling through truck and one set working on the passenger side.

The patient was removed through the rear window. The car was on the passenger side in the culvert, this made for a pretty tricky scene.

black car is from today-head on with a pick-up
others are from an under-ride that the cav went under and out the other side exposing the driver for extrication, 3 victims in the underride.

this was a head on with a pickup on a gravel road, the car was following another vehicle and didn't see the truck thru the dust.
