Not on a RIT cuz my department doesn't have one and has to really on mutual aid where the RIT is likely to be a "heah you, come here" thing. Any suggestions on how to convince my dept. that this is something we need to train on are appreciated

hello i am a crash rescue operator here in nsw australia and i am always looking for new ways to become a better crash rescue operator and was wondering if anyone could foward me som training manuals i am also a collector of rescue patches and cap and was wondering if someone can help me out with that as well
