This comment is for ben, I completely understand where you are coming from. my department was there at one point to. And the best that I can say is that the suggestions are in most firefighter death reports on the osha and niosh reports. Just show them all the mayday articles and rit articles you can find. This type of stuff has got to stop in my opinion. Good luck

Just want to say Hi and glad to be with ya. The one thing I remind myself before any fire either grass or structual is you only have "1*".. Be safe and I'll chat more with you guys later. I'm new to FFN, but will take the time to let you guys (gals) know more about me later. Thanks

How often does your Department train on RIT?

Hello guys, It seems like ther is not much activity on here. I will try to change that with your help. I teach RIT in our County, we have instructed close to 250 firefighters and still going strong. I look forward to sharing techniques and items with you all.

Man that sucks. We can actually have dispatch get ahold of PD if a car passes us while running lights and sirens if we have a plate number. If the cops can't find the vehicle, I think they send a ticket in the mail. I think.
