9/11 Responders Needed

To responders of 9/11;

I have become a member of firefighternation recently. I have become friends with many brothers and sister.

I need your help for my dissertation study.

I am a Captain at Turkish National Police. I had my Masters degree at John Jay College in Manhattan; and right now I am working to get a PhD degree at UCF-Orlando.

I would like to understand informal relationship's effect on emergency management effectiveness.

To understand this correlation, I want to survey FDNY, NYPD, FBI, and DCC employees served during 9/11 response.
