Our board of directors is considering an inactive list. We are a volunteer company, and are researching how an inactive list works: criteria & qualificaions, benefits, and how to word it when it goes in writing. Any suggestions: what works, doesn't work, what others do, are much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

10 years or more ,active member, then they get to go to the inactive list.. These people still can respond to calls ,attend meeting ,but can not vote, get to go to all the activities in the dept... with a small dept like ours to get 10 years is alot..
