I ride with my dept captain in New York State's beautiful Catskill mountains of the Hudson Valley. He also rides in our very scenic Adirondack mountains. Our area is the most beautiful place in the fall of the year with all the pretty colors of the changing leaves. The pictures below are of me and my captain in NY City riding in the 5 Bero Bike Tour. Last piture is of the group of us at Ground Zero. I ride a Marin hybrid style bike. I love it and it works well for a heavy guy like myself.

Hey thanks for joining I was beginning to wonder If I was the only one out there, lol. I am not sure about NM, however I do go to Arizona often. I have never mountain biked there though. That would be awesome like I am sure it is NM. Where I am here in Oh, we are very fortunate to have MTB areas as well as road/path areas. Was just on a new MTB area last week that is almost a year old. Unfortunately that is also where I lost a rear axle and bearing. So I am down to a rode bike till I get it fixed.
The difference between comment and reply is a comment is placed in the order it is received and when you reply to a comment it is placed under the comment. I hope that makes sense, lol. Anyway welcome to the nation and to the group.

I am a mountain biker from southern New Mexico. I can't imagine when I might be in Ohio any more than you in southern NM. However I could not imagine anything more fun that riding mt bikes with other FF's. I hope this group takes off. There is nothing more frustrating sometimes when you visit a new area and you can't locate the best trails. Maybe we can share our local secrests with our ff budies across this great land. Just for kicks I ride a stumpjumper M4. I am new to this FF Nation thing. What is the difference between a comment and a reply?
