I was wondering if anyone could offer some "How To" info on how to form an Emerald Society.. Are they usually exclusive to your dept. or regional/multi departmental? Advice or suggestions appreciated.

I am the VP of our Irish FF's group. We are aligned with the AOH and we are called 'FIR DOITEAN". Your best bet would be to get organized and then contact the AOH about falling under one of their chapters.
