I have a whole library of mostly Haynes manuals. I have some Chilton ones too, but I think the Haynes manuals are more user friendly.

I agree. Others are to generic. They're OK for specs but procedures and illustrations are fuzzy.

I always liked Chilton, in the field we had computer manuels from All-Data and and Mitchell on Demand.

As a new age mechanic,i grew and learned from all-data.just about everything you ever wanted to know about a vehicle is there.flipping through pages of a manual is a thing of the past, online all-data is here to stay!

Personaly I like the Haynes but some instructions are fuzzy. I find the pictures are as helpful as the text a lot of the time on my projects.
