It can not be burried below grade level, I do believe it can be below the upper grade level but just not below the grade, this almost looks like a set-up cause I can not believe that a contractor would do something this dumb, but then again.

Static electricity common with plastic gas cans and the plastic interior trim of the mini-van could cause an explosion during the fueling process.

Does this guy not care about the fumes that will be lingering after he is done pumping gas into an illegal container, he closes the door and maybe kaboom if not then maybe when the key is turned on if he did shut off his vehicle. What about static electricity. What a J---

WOW! Thanks to Patrick Stepler for this photo taken in Virginia. Yes, this man is pumping gasoline into an unapproved container. Are there any code violations? Maybe State laws?

Good eye Bob. The rusted tank, is now a single wall tank instead of a double wall tank. This was a worse case scenario. This was only a small snapshot of what was found.

Exit sign is in-proper, the danger sign falling off the wall, unsecured drums and they too are probly not the right ones for storage and they are unmarked, no fan or exhaust system that I can see, and the big rusty tank I believe should be changed, I do see sometype of fan on the floor in all that liquid on the floor. In my eyes it needs to be shut down and cleaned and brough up to code. Never came across this before, but then again I worked on an air base and this if we had it would never have gotten this far.

The two photos above depict dip tanks in a facility that does electro-plating and dipping. Put on your thinking caps and do your research for dipping operation and hazardous chemicals being used in an "open process".

Can you spot the issue(s) in this photo?
This is a corridor in a school during an end of the year fair/expo for the children and their parents. Would it make a difference if this was in the evening?
Please post your comments for discussion.

Yes, you can have any medal made up, couldn't tell you the cost though. Our dept uses Blackington for medals and ribbons.
