Bacon, Broccoli, and Cauliflower Salad

With summer, picnics and weekend cookouts coming rapidly-Here is a salad that's sure to have your guests or firefighters asking for more. I have had rave reviews and numerous requests for copies of it. Here goes:
1-Large head of cauliflower
1-Large bunch of broccoli
1 Lb. bacon fried/crumbled
1 Medium onion chopped
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c Miracle Whip with 1/2 c Sugar

Layer in order
Toss before serving

You can also use lettuce in place of either the cauliflower or broccoli
