A bunch of the guys from the stations I run with get together and play woodsball. Good way to get away from it all for a few hours and have a good time

Paintball is an awesome form of stress relief and a great team building tool,

Woodsball and Scenario ball for me. Speedball is great for honing your snapshooting skills, but the woods is where my heart is.

I've been playing paintball for almost 10 years now, and I've tried it all....and I'm positively awful at speed/airball. I love a good scenario game, and really enjoy a rec game with my friends. I don't knock speedball, I just think its a completely different sport than woodsball is. Sort of like golf and basketball. The main objectives are "get the ball in the hole" but man are they different.

I have a lot of respect for speedballers, In fact, I often wish my brain could function as quickly as it needs to in order to be a good speedballer.....I suck at it though, and stick to my niche.

Speedball is great if you want to lose a few pounds. I play with about 12 teenagers and for some reason they always want to battle the (old guys)! We form groups of 4 and go at it. Speedball is tons of fun but it is also nice to have big groups and goals playing woodsball also. I would tell anyone if they want to get better at throwing paint you need to play speedball more. It has helped me greatly.

Im more of a woodsball person myself, but in sppedball/airballs defense it is a hell of an adreneline rush the first time playing. im usually the sniper on my team but occasionally get stuck at CQB
