Awesome Chicken Recipe

All right I kinda winged it on this one but man was it tasty!

Ingredients:
your choice of chicken cut

(for the marinade)
3 parts white wine
1 part red wine vinegar
fresh ground black pepper to taste
coarse sea salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste
worchestershire sauce to taste
garlic powder to taste
half onion finely chopped

Marinate for 12-24 hours (save some uncontaminated marinade for basting)

Goes REALLY well with grilled halved Peaches!
