Comment by Lesa on June 7, 2009 at 9:26pm - Hello everyone...I do admire you very much. Being a Volunteer Firefighter in Texas I do get to fight Wildland and Structure fires. I have had some training with the Texas Forestry Service. Our fires are mainly brush fires and we do use brush trucks. God bless you all and keep you safe..........

I have been with a couple volunteer fire departments since joining the fire service in 1997, and have responded to several mountain fires but have never had any formal training fighting them. Where is the best place to try and get training classes?
