Night Shot of Ontario Ministry of Health - Air Ambulance Sikorsky S-76A Call Sign- "Bandage 1" at Toronto Island Airport. Bandage 1 covers the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.

The Florida Department of Forestry utilizes a B-209 "FireSnake" helicopter (demilitarized AH-1P "Cobra" attack helicopters) for fire suppression. These high-speed aircraft can carry a 320 gallon bambi bucket or a foam-injection equipped 360 gallon fixed tank to drop water or foam on Wildland fires.

The A.S.O Joint Operations unit utilizes a Bell OH-58A Kiowa Helicopter for Alachua County. It is utilized for Patrols, Search & Rescue, Major Auto Crashes, Pursuit, and Major Crime Response. It has a FLIR Thermal Imaging, Night Vision and Infrared Camera System, as well as a 30 million candlepower Search Spotlight.
