TEMPLE BAR, Ariz. - Two children have been found dead after a trailer fire in the Temple Bar Marina employee housing area of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Authorities say the single-wide trailer was fully engulfed when National Park Service volunteer firefighters and park rangers arrived at the scene of the fire about 11 a.m. Monday.

The names, ages and hometowns of the victims are being withheld pending completion of the preliminary investigation. The bodies have been turned over to the Mohave County medical examiner.

Investigators from the National Park Service and Clark County Fire Department in Las Vegas are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
