POV Light Packages

This summer I am trying to buy a light setup for my car. Currently I am looking at getting a Whelen Dual Avenger, two grill Whelen LIN4's, and possibly a strobe kit. My question is im looking for a package/bundle type deal with a windshield light and some LED's to put in my grill. I feel like buying them seperatly is a lot of money, and I'm trying to find a website that will maybe sell them together for cheaper. I've only found one on sirennet.com that comes with a mini phantom, but I've heard really bad reviews.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
