In my department we are rural department and are juniors get a set of brush gear and helmet. The way we look at this a junior can't make entry so there for they don't need turn out gear.

at the dept. im on we have to have yellow gear (cuase the firefighters have tan) and a yellow helmet

We have the same gear as the department (I believe its Lion). We also have the same helments (Lion - Revolutions).

I use Lion Apparel for fire gear. I also use a bullard traditional Helement. I own my gear.

we get the old gear and all the other ff get black gear so thay can tell the difference

Our explorer firefighters get globe gear and wear black helmets like our recruits.

i think jrs should have a complete set of turnout gear .. so they dont get hurt and so they stay warm during winter and so they get used to wearing it for when they get to be a regular volenteer

I am a juniour fireman and i have a n5a new yorker that i bought and my own haix leather boots and for turnout gear i have globe .

Our department explorers have lets see globe tan turnout gear red helmets with explorer on it and good old rubber boots =P

In my department explorers get black Cairns 660 Metros with Class B Sperian turnout gear like the paid guys wear and ranger shoe fit boots..we can buy leathers and traditional helmets if we want

In my dept. juniors get yellow nomex gear and yellow helmets, they use it for training and Identifacation purposes only. Rookies get tan pbi gear and orange helmets.

Our juniors have orange reflective stickers on their helmets, the firefighters have yellow
