You can also look at www.firefighterclosecalls.com and they have alot of drills already layed out for you, just print and apply to your FD.

Robert you took firefighter close calls right out of my mouth. They take evolutions and broaden the horizen a lot to help the trainer assist his class in training. ALWAYS try to get some NIOSH reports in there also so your members can see all the time that they are not invisible and to think on every call!!

FEMA's Emergency Management Institute (self-study) has some courses in the ICS sequence on designing drills.
