TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) - Four firefighters were injured after their fire truck was involved in a crash at Farm to Market 620 and Comanche Trail, just south of Lake Travis. FM 620 reopened at 10:30 p.m. following the 1:45 p.m. crash Wednesday.

Another six people were taken to the hospital. The Department of Public Safety says the fire truck was heading south on FM 620 when the driver had a medical emergency and lost consciousness.

The truck drove into the northbound lanes and struck five other vehicles, before coming to rest on its right side.
