Captain Gallup began her career with the Kent Fire Department in 1989 and was promoted to captain in 2004. She has worked in fire prevention, fire suppression and is a hazmat technician. During her tenure, she has managed the department’s SCBA program, the site plan program, and is now the facilities director.
