CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Firefighters from around Wyoming are expected to pay their respects to a Natrona County firefighter who died after suffering a massive stroke.
A memorial service is planned Tuesday for Adam Longo at the Casper Events Center. It will be followed by a procession through the city to Highland Cemetery.
The Casper Star-Tribune (http://bit.ly/Icffz3) reports that firefighters expect the procession to be more than a mile long.
Longo suffered a stroke while responding to a grass fire on April 12. The 31-year-old died one day after being taken out of intensive care.
